Machine Tool Structural Features

◇ The machine bed adopts an integral cast 30-degree inclined layout. All main components are made of Meehanite cast iron with excellent vibration damping capacity. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is applied to optimize all castings, which greatly enhances the bending and torsional rigidity of the CNC machine tool during operation. The integrated bed base with high rigidity and stability guarantees high machining accuracy of the whole machine, and features good vibration absorption performance to ensure high rigidity and heavy cutting capacity.

◇ Equipped with BMT55-12 station servo rotary hydraulic locking power turret. It features high positioning accuracy, low failure rate and fast tool change for nearby tool switching. Suitable for heavy-load and continuous cutting as well as high-speed machining. It maintains long-term high precision and superior surface finish, meeting the processing requirements for complex workpieces with high precision, high rigidity and high surface quality.

◇ X, Y and Z axes adopt precision linear guides with high rigidity, ideal for precision cutting and stable performance.

◇ The main spindle is fitted with high-precision NN bearings. Labyrinth waterproof structure and fin-type spindle box design achieve excellent waterproof and dustproof effect. Adopting advanced lubrication technology and unique sleeve structure, the spindle delivers outstanding stability, ensuring maximum axial rigidity, radial rigidity and machining accuracy. Equipped with spindle servo motor to realize wide-range automatic stepless speed regulation.

◇ Adopting high-precision, high-speed and high-rigidity ball screws and linear guides. X axis and Z1 axis are equipped with Taiwan-made ball screws. The guides are designed with extra-large span. The rapid traverse speed of X/Z axes reaches 12m/min, greatly improving processing efficiency. The two axes are directly driven by servo motors and precision ball screws via flexible couplings, featuring good stress bearing and high positioning accuracy. An automatic centralized lubrication system is equipped for forced lubrication to ensure long-term stable operation of the machine.

◇ The hydraulic station is equipped with well-known variable displacement pump, motor and solenoid valve, as well as air cooling device, featuring low noise and low oil temperature.

◇ A heat exchanger is installed inside the electrical cabinet to quickly discharge internal hot air and keep constant temperature, ensuring stable operation of the control system.

◇ Premium lubricating oil is used for long service life and maintenance-free operation. The screw and guide rail pairs adopt thin-oil automatic centralized lubrication system for sufficient and reliable lubrication. The machine is equipped with automatic lubrication device with oil shortage and fault alarm functions.

◇ Equipped with LED lighting, which is energy-saving, efficient and long-lasting. A three-color status indicator lamp displays real-time machine operating status for convenient on-site visual management.

◇ Full-enclosed protective cover with elegant appearance and good waterproof performance. The movable door of the machine adopts high-strength tempered safety glass window, which opens flexibly. With bright working lamp and humanized operating height, the machine provides comfortable operating experience.
