The machine bed adopts a 30° integral inclined horizontal structure. All major components are made of high-performance Meehanite cast iron with excellent vibration damping capacity. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is applied to optimize all castings, which greatly improves the bending and torsional rigidity of the CNC machine during operation. The integrated bed base featuring high rigidity and stability ensures overall machining accuracy, and delivers superior vibration absorption to support high rigidity and heavy cutting performance of the machine.
